Today, May 28, is the official beginning of becoming an urban beekeeper.
Two years have passed since I made the unlikely a decision to support local environmental health in Northwest Philadelphia by going one step beyond recycling, re-purposing material goods, and choosing a voluntarily simple lifestyle.
